Casual On-Going Role

$32.31 per hour

Monday to Friday | 9 : 30am 6 : 00pm

Join a leading name in premium protective coatings servicing defence, aerospace, food and architectural industries. You'll work in a close-knit team assisting with the surface finishing process and general production duties.

About the Role :

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coater / Production Assistant to join the team. This role involves working on the powder coating line and supporting the preparation of aluminium products.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Work on the powder coating line
  • Apply wrapping to aluminum poles and pillars (up to 6 metres long)
  • Smooth and secure plastic wrapping to ensure quality finish
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
  • Perform manual handling and lifting tasks
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure high‑quality standards
Requirements :

MUST have full Australian working rights

MUST have your own vehicle and a valid driver's licence

MUST be physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting

MUST have excellent communication skills
