Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a Casual Temporary Entry Level worker for our NSW facility. You will operate forklifts, assemble cabinetry, dispatch orders and perform general factory duties in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a fantastic attitude, strong work ethic, urgency, and self-motivation. Good communication and the ability to use hand and measuring tools are essential. Training and development opportunities are provided, including LMS access.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating forklifts and performing quality checks.
  • Ability to use hand and measuring tools.
  • Willingness to perform general factory duties and assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform quality checks on products.
  • Ensure products are cleaned and ready for dispatch.
  • Inspect and assemble cabinetry and related items.
  • Pack and wrap customer orders.
  • Verify products meet required dimensions and quality standards.
  • Support finishing and packaging with accurate sizing.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced people to join our team to operate forklifts, assemble cabinetry, dispatch orders and conduct general factory duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be able to perform quality checks
  • Ensure all products are cleaned and ready for dispatch
  • Inspecting and assembly of products
  • Packing and wrapping customer orders
  • Confirm products are to the required dimensions and quality standards are met
  • Ensure that all finishing product is supplied in the correct size and meet quality standards
  • General duties as required to support business requirements

  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively use hand/measuring tools
