Primo Foods, Australia’s trusted smallgoods brand, is hiring Process Workers for our Chullora site. This casual role involves hands-on, physical work delivering products customers trust, including loading/unloading meat, labeling, packing and palletising finished goods.

You will operate in cold or chilled environments with safety as a priority, while we provide PPE, parking and on-site facilities. No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently recruiting for Process Workers to join our team at Chullora

What you'll be doing

This is hands on, physical work where you help deliver food our customers trust. Key tasks include:

• Loading/unloading meat on trolleys and racks
• Assisting machine operators with loading
• Labelling, packing, and palletising finished products
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe

You’ll work in cold or chilled environments, handling meat and lifting/pushing 5kg to 25kg depending on the role. Safety and attention to detail are essential.

• Are physically fit and capable of repetitive, active work
• Are reliable, punctual, and open to learning
• Can thrive in a fast-paced, process‑driven environment
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in how things are done

Previous food processing or manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential. we’ll train you in everything you need to succeed.
