Bellevue Gold Limited is seeking a Process Technician to operate the processing plant and equipment safely and efficiently at the Bellevue Gold Mine in Western Australia. This permanent full-time role is based on site with a demanding eight days on, six days off FIFO roster and a night-shift cycle on seven nights off seven days.

You will manage grinding, gravity, leach, adsorption, crushing and related plant processes, perform safety checks, and maintain accurate logs while targeting output

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years industry experience.
• Licence to operate forklift, skid steer, overhead gantry crane, loader. IT literacy preferred.
• Confined Space Entry and Gas Test Atmospheres desirable.
• Cert III in Metalliferous Processing desirable.

Responsabilités

• Operate processing plant equipment including Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, Crushing, Elution and Tails Storage Facility.
• Complete operational checks and action defects.
• Accurate daily logs and shift notes, record variances in processing parameters.
• Identify and diagnose maintenance needs and improve plant efficiency.
• Operate IT loader, bobcat, forklift and power tools safely.
• Perform plant and equipment isolations and develop Permit to Work docs.
• Undertake hazard analysis and report all incidents.
• Maintain procedures, housekeeping, and support supervisor on requests.

Bellevue Gold Limited (ASX:BGL) operates its 100% owned high-grade Bellevue gold mine in Western Australia. The Bellevue mine has a long mine life and is forecast to produce ~150,000 Au ounces a year.

Job Description

The Process Technician is responsible for operating the processing plant and equipment in a safe, environmentally responsible, productive and efficient manner.

This role is permanent full time and is based on site on an 8 days on 6 days off followed by 7 nights on 7 days off, fly in fly out roster.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Practical operation of all processing plant equipment relating to: Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, Crushing, Elution and the Tails Storage Facility as required.
• Ensure operational checks are completed and noted defects are actioned.
• Accurate reporting of daily logs and shift notes, recording variance to any metallurgical processing parameters.
• Identify and diagnose, where possible, items of the plant that require preventative maintenance or repair.
• Identify and act on ways of improving output or efficiency of the plant.
• Operate the IT loader, bobcat, forklift, and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform plant and equipment isolations as per the procedure.
• Development and use of Permit to Work documentation.
• Undertaking hazard analysis and ensuring all accidents and incidents are reported.
• Develop, implement and maintain adherence to appropriate procedures and processes.
• Maintain a good housekeeping standard.
• Other duties as request by your Supervisor / Manager.

Desired Skills and Experience

Key Skills/Qualifications/Experience/Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years industry experience

• Cert III in Metalliferous Processing desirable
