The Process Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for supporting and analysing manufacturing processes, to enhance product quality, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency/optimisation improvements.
Working within a TGA/GMP-regulated nutraceutical/pharmaceutical environment, this role involves identifying process/formulation improvement opportunities, leading RCAs (Root Cause Investigations) and supporting CAPA (Corrective & Preventative Action) implementation, whilst fostering a CI (Continuous Improvement) culture.
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process inefficiencies. The candidate must have a collaborative mindset, working effectively across departments to drive improvements while maintaining a strong focus on compliance with TGA and GMP regulations. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as they will need to clearly present data, recommendations, and improvements to cross-functional teams and senior management. The successful candidate will be adaptable, capable of managing multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently demonstrating a "can-do" attitude and dedication to operational excellence
