Neon Mgmt Pty Ltd in Sydney’s Northern Beaches seeks a warm, organised House Manager & Family Assistant to support a busy family with a newborn and a five-year-old. The role combines home management with attentive childcare and requires initiative and discretion.

You’ll handle daily tasks, coordinate trades, supervise school pickups, and help with meals while ensuring safety and smooth home life. A private car may be provided.

Competenze

• Experience in a private household, managing daily routines and childcare.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong organisation and initiative.
• First aid and infant CPR certification are required.
• Working With Children Check is required.

Mansioni

• Keep a four- to five-bedroom home tidy and running smoothly.
• Manage laundry, wardrobes, pantry and household supplies.
• Shop for groceries and run errands for the family.
• Coordinate tradespeople, maintenance and appointments.
• Supervise or collect the five-year-old from school or activities when needed.
• Prepare and cook family meals several days each week.
• Provide attentive care for the newborn, including feeding and settling.
