Job summary

Transition Works Psychology is a Bentleigh-based private practice in Melbourne seeking an experienced psychologist to join as a part-time independent contractor. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, clinical autonomy, and forming meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Ideal candidates will have full AHPRA registration, Medicare rebate eligibility, indemnity insurance, and a willingness to work weekday evenings or alternate Saturdays within a supportive clinic network and established referral

Qualifications

• Must be registered with AHPRA and eligible to provide Medicare-rebated psychological services.
• Experience in private practice preferred.
• Ability to work after school hours and on alternating Saturdays may be required.
• Current professional indemnity insurance and ABN are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services to children, adolescents, adults and couples.
• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapies.
• Maintain professional documentation and case notes.
• Collaborate with a warm, supportive clinic team and supervision network.
