Qualifications

• 1–3 years post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A.
• Solid academics from a recognised law school.
• Candidates with in-house experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Work on sell-side exits for founder-led tech and software businesses.
• Draft and negotiate share sale and asset sale agreements and ancillary documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and shape deal structure and terms.
• Assist with venture capital and growth investment rounds and related documentation.
• Advise high-growth clients from setup to capital raising and exit.
• Collaborate with tax specialists on deal structuring and employee share schemes.
• Handle a broad range of corporate and commercial matters for private and listed clients.
