Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Gardener to maintain and enhance a portfolio of four private residential properties and one commercial site. You will travel between sites, managing all gardens, irrigation and landscaping to a consistently high standard while coordinating with external contractors.

The role requires autonomous work across five properties with a Monday–Friday schedule, delivering high-quality presentation and proactive improvements to planting schemes and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• Professional gardening experience in residential or commercial landscapes.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, pruning, soil management, irrigation and seasonal maintenance.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple sites independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens, lawns, hedges, trees and beds across five properties (four residential, one commercial).
• Plan mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching and planting; ensure high presentation standards.
• Maintain irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors and keep service records.
• Ensure safety and professional conduct across sites.
