Job summary

Medical @ Australia Fair on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced registered nurse (RN) or enrolled nurse (EN) to join our busy private GP clinic. You will work one set day per week with on-call shifts and public holiday cover at Southport and Broadbeach locations.

There is an opportunity to grow into more days and hours, with the possibility of a full-time position for the right person, and you’ll support our GPs with wound care, vaccinations, ECGs and health assessments.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN.
• Private general practice experience (required).
• Current CPR / First Aid.
• Flexible, reliable and able to work with short notice for on-call shifts.
• Friendly, patient-focused and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Wound care, dressings and minor procedures.
• Immunisations and vaccinations.
• ECGs, spirometry and other clinical tests.
• Health assessments and care plans, supporting our GPs.
