Job summary

ZEST Dental Recruitment, in partnership with an independent private practice in Sydney, is seeking a Private Dentist for a full-time role. The successful candidate will join a busy, principal-led practice with an established patient base and a 40% commission structure.

Role offers a pathway to employer sponsorship and permanent residency, CBCT/OPG and a fully digital workflow, and opportunities in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and implants.

Qualifications

• Dentist with at least four years post-qualification experience.
• Eligible for AHPRA registration or already registered in Australia/NZ.
• Available for full-time role, five days per week including a weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of private dental treatments including cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics and implants.
• Build long-term relationships with the established patient base.
• Work within a modern, fully digital workflow using CBCT/OPG and intraoral scanners.
• Collaborate with a principal-led practice to maintain high-quality care.

The practice provides a comprehensive range of private treatments and would particularly welcome applications from dentists with experience or an interest in cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and comprehensive restorative treatment. This opportunity is likely to suit a dentist with several years of post-qualification experience who is comfortable providing comprehensive private dental care and building long-term patient relationships.

The clinics are equipped with CBCT, OPG, intraoral scanners and a fully digital workflow, supporting a modern approach to patient care. Clinical freedom is encouraged, and the principal dentist remains actively involved in the business, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.

The practice is particularly interested in speaking with UK- and Irish qualified dentists who are eligible for AHPRA registration and a Working Holiday Visa.
