Randstad represents a state treasury entity hiring a Principal Underwriter on a 3-month contract with a view to extension. You will deliver high-level underwriting guidance, evaluate complex portfolio risks, and develop premium models for government agencies.

Collaborating with senior Treasury leaders, you will assess property and liability exposures and advise on catastrophe reinsurance programs, while monitoring claims trends to inform future policy decisions.

Qualificações

• Proven underwriting experience across general insurance, with emphasis on property lines.
• Background or practical experience in property claims management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and trend analysis.

Working alongside senior leaders, you will evaluate property and liability risk exposures, advise on catastrophe reinsurance programs, and monitor portfolio claims trends to shape future policy decisions .

The Tech Stack & Environment Advanced Microsoft Excel for complex risk modeling, claims data analysis, and premium calculations Enterprise insurance management systems and public sector actuarial frameworks

High level engagement with senior Treasury officers, agency stakeholders, and insurance brokers
