Job summary

DyFlex Pty Ltd is seeking a Principal SAP Sales & Supply Chain Consultant to lead our SAP consulting team and drive end-to-end order-to-cash and supply chain solutions for large enterprises. The role requires deep SAP SD expertise, strong integration knowledge with CRM platforms, and a strategic leadership mindset.

As a trusted advisor, you will oversee complex SAP implementations, mentor consultants, and collaborate with business stakeholders to optimise processes and value from SAP investments

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP consulting experience delivering complex enterprise solutions.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD including Pricing, ATP, Rebates, Settlement Management, and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Proven integration experience with Salesforce, SAP CRM, SAP Commerce Cloud, and other customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of SAP consultants across multiple project streams and client engagements.
• Coordinate project activities, manage priorities, and allocate work effectively across functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business objectives.

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Ensure high-quality solution delivery through effective planning, governance, communication, and team coordination.
• Support consultants in resolving complex business and system challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help customers maximise value from their SAP investment.
• Coach and develop consultants while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

We are seeking an experienced Principal SAP Sales & Supply Chain Consultantto join our high-performing SAP consulting team. This is a strategic leadership role for an SAP professional with deep expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and a proven track record designing and delivering complex order-to-cash and supply chain solutions across large enterprise environments.

The successful candidate will be recognised as a trusted advisor, bringing extensive experience in SAP SD Pricing, Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP/ATP), Rebates, Settlement Management, Order Management, and Customer Sales Operations, combined with strong knowledge of integrated CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, SAP Commerce Cloud, and other front-office ecosystems.

Beyond sales execution, you will possess a holistic view of the supply chain, understanding how customer demand flows through distribution, manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, transportation, and service delivery to create seamless customer outcomes.
