A community-focused organization is looking for a Principal Strategic Advisor to work in the Southern Melbourne area. The role involves developing and implementing integrated responses to family violence while facilitating relationships between various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a tertiary degree in social work or psychology, extensive experience in the health and community services sector, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position offers a full-time role with a competitive hourly rate and several employee benefits.
Working across the DHHS Southern Melbourne area the Principal Strategic Advisor (PSA) works closely with a cross-sector partnership to develop enhance and implement integrated responses to family violence at a local level. The PSA plays an important role in facilitating the development of relationships and partnerships between regional family violence services and other key stakeholders across the child and family health criminal justice and legal systems.
With a collaborative approach the PSA will support the implementation of family violence reforms which aim to enhance service outcomes for both victim survivors and perpetrators of family violence. The PSA will drive system level changes that ultimately prevent and respond to family violence.
Permanent full-time position.

This position offers an attractive hourly rate of $65.39$67.96 plus superannuation reflecting the skills and experience required for the role.
