Summary

Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) invites experienced, dynamic and visionary leaders to apply for the Principal position at Siena Catholic College, a thriving Catholic Secondary College located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, QLD.

Status: Full-time Continuing

Salary: $220,042 - $230,381 per annum + Relocation Assistance + 12.75% Super

Substantial Relocation Assistance

Refunds for stamp duty (up to $25,000), conveyancing fees, and real estate commission when selling and buying a primary residence for relocation

About you

We're looking for a Catholic school leader with demonstrated experience in guiding and supporting large school communities. To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

A deep commitment to Catholic education, with the ability to lead the religious life of the school and promote a vibrant Catholic identity.

Proven strategic leadership experience as a Principal, Deputy Principal, or equivalent senior role — experience in a large school setting is highly regarded.

A dynamic approach to school improvement, staff development, and community engagement, ensuring sustainable stewardship of resources with transparency and accountability.

Expertise in teaching and curriculum development, with a track record of implementing innovative practices that improve student outcomes.

A passion for fostering excellence across academics, arts, and sports, driving student engagement, achievement, and wellbeing

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:

Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment

Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)

For this position you are required to be Catholic (or a faith partner of one of our ecumenical schools).
