The Principal Quality Assurance Coordinator role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, managing Quality Assurance programs under CASA Part 42 and 145, embedding Safety Management Systems (SMS), and driving audits, change, and risk initiatives where you’ll partner with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure airworthiness and operational integrity while introducing fresh perspectives to continuous improvement.
