Job summary

Redcliffe State High School in Queensland seeks an accomplished educational leader to serve as Principal (Level 8). You will provide strategic leadership of your school while contributing to the priorities of the School and Regional Operations and Performance Division.

This role extends beyond school management, shaping educational practice and working with senior leaders and stakeholders to improve outcomes across the broader Queensland education system.

• Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
• Translate this vision into strategic priorities and lead the school's direction, performance and ongoing improvement.
