Job summary

Occuhealth is seeking an experienced senior hygienist to provide technical leadership across occupational hygiene services in Western Australia. You will lead complex projects, mentor consultants and engage with clients to drive growth and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Occupational Hygiene, MAQT and Noise Officer certifications, and current Australian driver's license.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Hygiene, Science or a related discipline.
• AIOH full membership.
• MAQT (Hygiene Sampler Registration) and Noise Officer certifications.
• Extensive Occupational Hygiene consulting experience, including leading complex investigations, project delivery and technical report review.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor staff and build client relationships.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join one of Western Australia's leading occupational hygiene consultancies in a senior technical leadership role.Working alongside our Hygiene Services Manager, you'll lead complex client projects, mentor consultants and provide expert technical leadership.

The role combines consulting, client liaison, project leadership, mentoring, field work andsupporting the manager to meet organisational requirements.

• Membership: AIOH full membership.

• Experience: Extensive Occupational Hygiene consulting experience, including leading complex investigations, project delivery and technical report review.
• Leadership: Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Reporting: Strong report writing and analytical skills.
• Licence: Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• Right to Work: Australian working rights.

Highly Regarded

• Qualifications: Certified Occupational Hygienist (COH) (or ready to apply).
• Industry Certifications: MAQO (Mine Air Quality Officer) and Registered Noise, including applicable law exams.
• Business Development: Proposal writing, tender preparation and client relationshipdevelopment.
