Our Melbourne office in St Kildais looking to hire a Principal Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist with 15+ years of experience working in a geotechnical consultancy. Specifically, our team is looking for an engineer who can provide analysis, design, and technical advice for our clients across Victoria. You'll also play a key role in training and upskilling our junior engineers and geologists and ensuring the highest standard of technical excellence is maintained.

What You'll Need

• A Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology Degree
• 15+ years experience in a geotechnical consultancy
• Australia and specifically Victoria experience is highly preferred
• CPEng or equivalent professional registration
• 5+ years experience working in Australia
• Good interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
