Job summary

MINERAL RESOURCES LIMITED is seeking a Principal Finance Systems specialist to ensure the D365FO platform operates with integrity across multi-entity finance functions.

You will lead consolidation processes, oversee ledger calendars, year-end activities, and drive ERP improvements while coordinating with Groups including SuccessFactors and Coupa. This role is based in Western Australia and offers career development and strong leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive finance experience in multi-entity organisations with consolidation.
• Deep functional knowledge of D365FO, including period close and master data governance.
• Experience with ERP implementations and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Govern main accounts, dimensions, posting profiles; review changes with Finance approval.
• Lead requirements, UAT and checks for new companies; maintain standard checklist.
• Own ledger calendar, period status, year-end rollover and JCP locks; validate consolidation.
• Lead regression testing and sign-off for platform releases; QA Power BI reports.
• Manage user provisioning and controlled bulk data uploads.
