Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in electrical or structural engineering applied to electricity networks.
  • Strong understanding of Australian and international technical standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain Communities of Practice to share technical knowledge.
  • Coach and mentor engineers and graduates to support their development.
  • Provide technical leadership on critical projects and investigations.

Skills

Ability to lead technical investigations and develop corrective actions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP EAM
Experience with modelling software

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
Engineering Registration
Chartered status preferred
