Encounter Lutheran College is a co-educational, Christ-centred school delivering contemporary, holistic education from Early Learning to Year 12. Reporting to the Board, the Principal will work to deliver on the College’s strategic priorities while further enhancing the strong pillars of this Christ-centred learning environment. Key responsibilities include:

• providing vibrant, progressive learning within SACE and IB (PYP and MYP) frameworks, preparing students for tomorrow's challenges;
• leading, empowering and developing outstanding educational, operational and support staff;
• championing the College while fostering inclusive community spirit and managing key stakeholder relationships;
• building deep, authentic relationships between staff, students, parents, key stakeholders and the wider community;
• living and promoting the Lutheran values and ethos of the College as an authentic model of faith-based education;
• building, enhancing and maintaining state-of-the-art educational facilities while ensuring strong governance over financial and physical resources.
