Qualifications

• 6+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience in complex production environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
• Production Kubernetes and container orchestration experience.
• Strong architectural leadership and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-region, multi-cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Lead CI/CD strategy and platform modernization.
• Drive observability and reliability practices, including SLOs and incident response maturity.
• Mentor and lead a distributed DevOps team across Australia and New Zealand.
• Optimize cost, performance, and scalability across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Embed security and compliance controls aligned to enterprise standards.
