Job summary

Vivanti is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead complex data and AI transformations for global clients. You’ll drive enterprise architectures, partner with client executives, and guide internal engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions across Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud platforms.

You’ll mentor engineers, shape technical proposals, design scalable architectures, and ensure security and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex data/AI transformations.
• Experience guiding executives and engineering teams.
• Strong cloud data architecture design experience.
• Ability to articulate proposals and win strategic work.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes engagements and enterprise data platform designs.
• Partner with CTOs and CDOs to align strategy with roadmaps.
• Mentor senior engineers and consultants across projects.
• Design scalable, secure cloud data architectures at scale.
• Shape proposals and lead discovery phases for major accounts.
