Roles and Responsibilities

• Expertise in Selenium Web based automation, Test NG Framework.
• Hands on experience on Apian BA, working closely with Business for UAT support.
• Able to manage deliverables independently.
• Domain expertise in Core Banking Systems, Regulatory Systems.
• Excellent expertise on Agile concepts & methodologies.
• Hands on experience on test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, etc.

Essential

• Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• End‑to‑end test management skills with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong mortgage knowledge.
• Good technical skills and expertise in one automation tool.
• Track offshore delivery of multiple teams.

Preferred

• End‑to‑end test management skills.
• Extremely strong business communications and client coordination.
• Strong domain knowledge especially in mortgage and other related functionalities.
