Responsibilities

• Design Delivery and Project Management of Urban Development projects
• Responsibility for civil works specifications, engineering reports and tenders
• Undertaking regular interface and liaison with key clients and stakeholders, interface with all parties, manage approvals, site inspections, manage delivery of design
• Projects – residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, public domain and infrastructure
• Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes
• Projects - urban development, subdivisions and public infrastructure
• Roads, drainage, water, sewer, pavement, utilities and bulk earthworks
• Good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards

Qualifications
