Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Mechanical Engineer in Perth, WA, to lead the design and development of bulk solids handling systems. In this role, you will lead design, development, modification, evaluation, and selection of bulk solids handling components and processes; in particular crushing technology and equipment. Your recommendations will resolve technical issues and ensure the unique and complex requirements of a project’s mechanical aspects are met. You will also be required to conduct field investigations and client interviews, investigate issues, determine work scope, and cost estimates for bulk solids handling studies and projects. This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in‑person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.
