Job summary

Denison State School is part of Teach Queensland in Queensland and seeks a dedicated District Relieving Teacher (DRT) for Prep–6 on a temporary basis, ASAP to 10/12/27. You will teach across a range of primary settings, building strong relationships with students and colleagues to support learning and wellbeing.

A current driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle are required for travel between schools. Relocation and rural incentives are available within the region.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between schools.
• Australian working rights or valid visa.
• Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Prep–6.
• Build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
• Support student wellbeing and success within a positive school culture.
• Travel between Denison SS and partner schools as required.
