• Support students across Reception to Year 6, promoting engagement and positive learning outcomes.
• Establish and maintain a focused, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Apply school-wide behaviour expectations and respond appropriately to classroom challenges.
• Supervise students safely, ensuring duty of care in classrooms, playgrounds, transitions, and during scheduled yard duties.
• Adapt quickly to different year levels and learning contexts to meet the needs of students.
• Build positive and respectful relationships with students and staff.
• Contribute positively to student learning and the wider school community.
