Job summary

UGL Pty Limited is seeking experienced Pressure Welders for an upcoming shutdown at Mt Piper Power Station in Australia. Positions available as direct employees or contractors, with Day or Night shift options and an ASAP start.

LAFHA available for eligible applicants, with roughly four weeks of work and shutdown hours. Applicants should hold a Trade Certificate, have Work at Heights and Confined Space training within the last two years, and possess a White Card.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate required.
• Work at Heights training completed within 2 years.
• Confined Space training completed within 2 years.
• White Card required.
• Experience in heavy industry or power station environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support shutdown activities as a Pressure Welder.
• Operate in a heavy industry/power station setting during shutdowns.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed during welding tasks.
