Hype DC is Accent Group's premium sneaker retailer, seeking a Store Manager to lead our Bondi Junction store. You will drive sales, mentor a large team and deliver premium customer experiences in a high-volume environment.

You will be responsible for rostering, merchandising and operational excellence while maintaining a fun, inclusive and safe workplace for your team and customers. If you’re passionate about sneakers and ready to lead a high-performing store, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in premium, high-volume or fast-paced retail.
• Proven track record of driving sales and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Passion for premium customer experiences and sneakers.

• Create a people-first, high-performance culture within your store.
• Lead a multimillion-dollar business, driving sales, KPIs and commercial results.
• Be present on the shop floor, creating memorable customer experiences.
