Job summary

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs – Ryde is seeking energetic Personal Trainers to join a premium team launching a new PT model for 2026. This role offers a clear career pathway, development, and a secure environment for growth with strong support from the Health & Fitness Manager.

Deliver high-quality gym floor sessions, build lasting member relationships, and grow a sustainable PT client base while benefiting from a structured remuneration framework, no rent, superannuation, and free gym

Qualifications

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness is required.
• Current Senior First Aid & CPR
• Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• High energy, professionalism, and entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver gym floor sessions including HIIT and PT-led workshops.
• Build powerful and lasting relationships with members.
• Grow a strong and sustainable PT client base.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a premium gym floor environment.
• Rostered opening/closing responsibilities as required.
