Protech is seeking experienced and reliable Duct Installers to join a brand-new EBA construction project based in St Lucia, QLD 4067. This casual role offers immediate starts, early starts 6:00am-2:00pm, weekly pay and opportunities to transition into permanent positions.

Responsibilities include installing ductwork, air conditioning units for commercial sites, and reading plans. Candidates must have mandatory licenses; EWP/height tickets are advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of demonstrated commercial HVAC experience.
• Must possess all mandatory industry licenses.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• EWP and Working at Heights tickets are advantageous but not required.

Aufgaben

• Install duct work, vents, grilles, and insulation per blueprints.
• Install air conditioning units for commercial sites.
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand/power tools.
• Install ducts (spiral, square, rectangular) per Australian Standards.
• Read plans and ensure safety regulations are met.

Protech is seeking experienced and reliable Duct Installers to join a brand-new EBA construction project based in St Lucia, QLD 4067. This project offerstop-tier EBA pay rates, site allowances, and the opportunity to work with a leading HVAC team.

Mechanical Plumbers, Refrigeration Mechanics, and other experienced HVAC trades.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Immediate starts with additional projects kicking off over the coming months
• $80.21/hr(EBA Project)
• Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
• Overtime penalties and site allowances apply
• Weekly pay
• Casual roles with opportunities to transition into permanent positions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation of Duct Work, vents, grilles, and insulation according to blueprints and specifications
• Installation of Air Conditioning units for commercial sites
• Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools
• Install spiral, square, and rectangular ducts in accordance with Australian Standards
• Ability to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems
• Read and interpret plans and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

TICKETS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Possess all mandatory industry licenses
• EWP, Working at Heights, Scissor Lift, Forklift tickets are advantageous but not required
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• 1+ year of demonstrated commercial HVAC experience
• Have an ability to navigate, understand and troubleshoot an array of HVAC systems
