Vision Personal Training North Sydney is recruiting a full-time coach to help clients achieve lasting results through structured coaching and accountability. You will operate in a studio known for standards, culture and premium 1:1 coaching.

The role offers guaranteed income from week one, a starting rate of $40 per hour, and a clear pathway toward senior, management or ownership within a proven system.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach clients 1:1 and in small groups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development and client progression.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 30–35 hours of 1:1 personal training per week.
• Coach primarily 40+ clients for long-term lifestyle changes.
• Conduct small group sessions and studio events.
• Provide accountability, programming and ongoing progression.
• Progress through a clear career pathway toward senior, management or ownership.
