• Minimum 2 years' experience in kitchen and cabinetry manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and set-outs accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality.
• Proficient with workshop machinery and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kitchen, bathroom and laundry cabinetry accurately to shop drawings and set-outs.
• Check job documentation and components before starting, and flag discrepancies early.
• Operate workshop machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Quality-check own work before dispatch and installation.
• Keep work area safe, clean and organised, following WHS procedures.
• Work as part of the team to meet daily production targets and delivery dates.
