Holding Redlich seeks an experienced Precedents Technician to join the Practice Quality & Risk team. You will draft and automate precedents, develop templates and forms, and help deliver efficiencies across document production.
The role focuses on Word tooling, integration with IT, and training others while supporting lawyers to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. Flexible 4 or 5 day options available in multiple Australian cities.
We have an opportunity for an experienced Precedents Technician to join our Practice Quality & Risk team. Reporting to the National Precedents Manager, you will play a key role in helping the team to deliver drafting and document production efficiencies.
This position can be based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney or Canberra and we are open to 4 or 5 days a week including flexible arrangements.
To be successful in this position you will be highly organised and motivated to add value, with a strong client service approach.
Our ideal candidate will have law firm experience, or at least, an understanding and knowledge of legal practice environments and operations. This position will suit people who are always looking for process improvements and efficiencies and enjoy taking on projects that will support our lawyers to deliver the best possible outcomes to clients.
