Lead, coach and mentor a team of nurses and clinical support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Oversee treatment room operations, including equipment, stock management, infection control and clinical compliance.
Support chronic disease management programs, health assessments and preventative care initiatives.
Manage nursing rosters, workforce planning and recruitment activities.
Partner with healthcare professionals and operational leaders to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
Drive quality improvement projects and support accreditation requirements.
Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience in General Practice, Primary Care or Community Health.
Proven nursing leadership or management experience.
Strong understanding of chronic disease management and preventative healthcare.
Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for developing teams and delivering patient‑centred care.
