Progress Health & General Practice is opening a brand-new general practice in Nightcliff, Darwin in January 2027. We seek a compassionate Registered Nurse to join from day one, offering a part-time position (approximately 26–32 hours/week) with Monday to Friday daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum two years post-registration clinical nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Chronic disease management and health assessments.
• Immunisations and cold chain management.
• Wound care and dressings; assist with procedures.
• Infection prevention and control and quality improvement.
• Maintaining supplies and equipment; supporting accreditation.
