Job summary

South Lara Medical Centre is seeking a motivated Division 1 Registered Nurse to join our friendly team in a busy general practice. You will provide immunisation and wound care, assist with minor procedures, perform ECGs, and support chronic disease management while maintaining accurate records.

You will work within a modern, patient‑focused practice with a collaborative team. AHPRA registration, strong communication, and EMR proficiency are essential, with flexible hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• FLEXIBLE hours Monday to Friday as required.
• Proficient with electronic medical records and clinical software.
• Experience in a Medical Practice or acute care is desirable.
• I.V. Cannulation or Immunisation qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Immunisation administration and vaccine management.
• Wound care and Iron Infusions.
• Health assessments and chronic disease management support.
• Assisting with minor surgical procedures.
• ECGs and other clinical procedures.
• Infection control and cold chain management.
• Patient education and preventative health activities.
