ForHealth Medical Centres in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Practice Nurse (Registered and Enrolled) to join our collaborative team across multiple clinics. You will deliver patient-centred care, conduct health assessments and support GPs in routine procedures.

Key responsibilities include vaccine administration, triage, wound care, data management and ensuring clinical areas are well stocked and sterile. We value flexibility and strong communication, with pathways to ongoing training and development.

Formación

• AHPRA registration (registered or enrolled nurse) with GP/acute care experience.
• Certificates or partial nursing degree as specified (see qualifications).
• Strong communication, multi-tasking and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct health assessments
• Administer vaccines and post-vaccination monitoring
• Triage patients and manage emergencies
• Assist GPs with minor procedures
• Manage and maintain clinical data
• Perform wound care, including dressings and suture removal
• Ensure clinical areas are well-stocked and instruments sterilised
• Provide outstanding customer service and administrative support

As a Practice Nurse (Registered and Enrolled) you will work collaboratively with an experienced team of nurses and General Practitioners, providing high-quality, patient-centred care.

We value team members who bring:

• AHPRA registration (registered or enrolled nurse) and general practice or acute care experience
• Certificate III in Health Services Assistance, Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting, or first year of Bachelor of Nursing completed
• Flexibility with availability and excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi‑task

Required checks: Working with Children clearance and routine immunisation serology.
