Job summary

CQ Medicentre is seeking either an EN or RN (ideally with General Practice experience but not essential) to join our Nursing Team in a full-time capacity. Consideration to a permanent part-time position would also be offered should the candidate have a preference for this.

Likewise, some flexibility with hours can be offered, however this would be a permanent rostered position with pre-determined days/hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold AHPRA registration to practice.
• EN or RN with GP experience preferred but not essential.
• Roles available in full-time or permanent part-time arrangements.

• Provide nursing care across clinical areas including vaccinations, wound care, triage, minor procedures and chronic disease management.

Job description

Applicants will be required to provide support to a variety of clinical areas, including vaccinations, wound care, triage, minor procedures and chronic disease management.

CQ Medicentre is a multi-site practice situated on both the Northside and Southside of Rockhampton in Central Queensland.

The successful Nurse will holdAHPRA registration (without restrictions)to deliver safe, compassionate clinical care. They'll be required to work collaboratively with the team to achieve best practice patient outcomes, prioritising person-centred care to patients, families and carers through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
