We’re now looking for a Full Time Practice Coordinator to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Practice Coordinator to join our Y Kinders team. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this role plays a vital part in supporting the consistent delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care across our services. The Practice Coordinator provides hands‑on pedagogical coaching, compliance support and operational assistance to educators and leaders, ensuring best practice aligned with the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards.

What You’ll Do

As a values-based professional, you are reflective, organised and solution-focused. You build positive relationships easily and communicate clearly with educators, families and stakeholders. You are confident supporting compliance processes, documentation and quality improvement, and are committed to ensuring the safety, wellbeing and rights of all children.

What You’ll Bring
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (Bachelor qualification desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in early childhood education settings
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with Area Directors, providing strategic guidance and support to drive continuous improvement, strengthen practice consistency, and achieve improved service and quality outcomes across multiple sites.
  • Strong understanding of the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards
  • Experience supporting educators through coaching, mentoring or leadership roles
  • Confidence supporting Assessment and Rating preparation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
