We’re now looking for a Full Time Practice Coordinator to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Practice Coordinator to join our Y Kinders team. Reporting to the Practice Manager, this role plays a vital part in supporting the consistent delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care across our services. The Practice Coordinator provides hands‑on pedagogical coaching, compliance support and operational assistance to educators and leaders, ensuring best practice aligned with the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Framework and Child Safe Standards.
As a values-based professional, you are reflective, organised and solution-focused. You build positive relationships easily and communicate clearly with educators, families and stakeholders. You are confident supporting compliance processes, documentation and quality improvement, and are committed to ensuring the safety, wellbeing and rights of all children.
