Sydney Tools Port Macquarie is seeking a motivated Trade Retail Salesperson to join our Port Macquarie NSW team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will handle over-the-counter and phone sales, promote current offers, and assist customers with queries while maintaining appealing store displays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process over the counter and phone sale transactions.
• Inform customers about current promotions and special offers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints and offer solutions.
• Manage merchandising and store displays.
• Participate in regular training to improve power tool knowledge and sales.
• Must be able to work one weekend day a week.
