Job summary

Sydney Tools is seeking a motivated Retail Trade Salesperson for our Tweed Heads store. You will handle over‑the‑counter and phone sales, inform customers about promotions, and resolve queries while maintaining merchandising and displays.

The role includes regular power tool knowledge training and a weekend roster. Previous sales, retail, or trade experience is valued, with a focus on customer service and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service or trade experience

Responsibilities

• Processing over the counter/phone sale transactions
• Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
• Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
• Manage merchandising and store displays
• Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales
• 1 rostered day on the weekend each week
