Mineral Resources Ltd. seeks experienced Power Station Operator Maintainers to join our team for current and future opportunities. This role will be a 15/13, day shift only roster, FIFO out of Perth. Operating and maintaining gas reciprocating engines and power generation equipment, monitoring SCADA, conducting routine

Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to safety.
• Ability to work autonomously in remote location areas.
• Extensive experience and sound knowledge of power systems and control circuitry.
• Previous experience in running and maintaining Gas reciprocating engines.
• A high standard of fault finding and trouble-shooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain gas reciprocating engines and power generation equipment.
• Operate instrumentation and process control systems.
• Undertake routine inspections and maintenance on the power station ancillary equipment.
• Monitor power station operations via SCADA and other software-based systems, ensuring site operates as required and identifying reliability issues or improvement opportunities.
• Undertake typical housekeeping duties.
• Maintain stock inventory.
• Supervise and support other employees and contractors within the power station, ensuring HSE policies are followed.
• Participate in On Call activities when rostered on site.
