Job summary

Halliburton is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale power generation infrastructure supporting hyperscale data center operations. You will oversee installation of gas-fired plants, full balance of plant, and overall project execution including schedule, cost, permitting, and contractor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• 10+ years’ experience in large-scale industrial or power projects.
• Strong experience with EPC project execution and multi-contractor coordination.
• Knowledge of environmental permitting and emissions compliance.
• Experience with LV to HV electrical systems and power generation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage master construction schedule from mobilization through commissioning and handover
• Develop and manage construction budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
• Lead permitting, environmental compliance, and regulatory approvals in Australia
• Manage all electrical, gas, civil, and mechanical contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure integration of electrical, gas, and emissions subsystems
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
• Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders
• Provide regular progress reporting
