We are currently hiring Data & Analytics Power BI Developer for one of our Global client to join their Enterprise Data Team.

You will be building fit‑for‑purpose visualisations based on business requirements using available resources and techniques. You will collaborate closely with business users and the Data team to translate requirements and support the design, development, testing, training, and implementation of analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support teams' continuous improvement in quality and delivery output
• Utilise functional knowledge to translate business requirements into viable solutions, participating in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Data solutions
• Develop PowerBI dashboards from business requirements and functional design documents, end user manuals and business glossary
• Use PowerBI visuals to enable insights and analytics
• Regular and effective internal customer engagement to build strong partnerships with stakeholders
• Work with business units, project managers and project teams responsible for IT delivery and services
• Provide realistic estimates of the time required to complete specific tasks
• Support the Data & Analytics Teams to build positive working relationships with stakeholders and ensure their optimal engagement and contribution.
• Working with the wider IT Teams to maintain positive relationship with the business, identifying customer needs and ensuring that the Data delivery team are able to meet these needs.
• Active participation in Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Grooming, Demos / Reviews and Retrospectives.

Experience Required

• 3-5 years demonstrated experience in related fields, ideally related to BI, Data Warehouse and Analytics solutions
• Programming concepts, knowledge of SQL and DAX queries
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Working knowledge of Data Warehouse design concepts
• Ability to build reporting and visualization Power BI a must
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
