Post CCT fellowship in Sleep and Ventilation

Please see attached Job Description for all info. Job Plan The timetable is based on a 10 PA job plan including 0.7PA for respiratory on-call duties within the 10 PAs, and 1.5 supporting PAs. Time off is given in lieu of any work carried outside of these times including a bank holiday An indicative timetable of the fixed sessions is described below. Actual timings of these fixed sessions in the week are negotiable and dependent upon clinic room availability, the overall needs of the respiratory medicine service etc. On an annualised job plan there would be between 80 and 100 outpatient sessions, although more could be carried out with an agreed job plan with additional APAs. There are 1.5 SPAs identified in the job plan. Newly appointed consultants are offered 1.5 SPAs as a given to deliver core SPA tasks, an additional SPA may be available subsequently if other responsibilities/duties are undertaken, these are discretionary/performance managed against clearly agreed set objectives. These objectives will be defined after appointment in consultation with the Clinical Director.
