Job summary

Peninsula Hot Springs in Fingal, Victoria, is seeking a Full-Time Pool Technician to help maintain water quality, systems, and assets in a dynamic water-treatment role.

You will test water, manage pool temperatures, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with safety protocols. Experience with pumps/valves is a plus, and a willingness to learn is essential. A valid driver's license and police check are preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in water treatment management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Test and adjust pool temperatures and flows, including filling and draining pools.
• Run scheduled water tests to ensure safety and compliance.
• Perform preventative maintenance: clean skimmer baskets, strainers, and maintain treatment plant equipment.
• Provide first-response troubleshooting and communicate updates to Duty Managers.
