As a Policy and Program Officer in the Office for Women, you will play a key role supporting work to improve outcomes for Victorian women and girls.
You will help to develop policy and programs that drive cultural change and strengthen women's leadership, health and wellbeing, economic equity and safety.
The role requires you to be a proactive self-starter with an understanding of government processes. You will be able to work in a complex, sensitive and fast-paced environment. You will support a range of projects and core portfolio functions, including managing and delivering programs, preparing written products, policy development and coordination tasks. The role requires someone that is adaptable and resilient and who is committed to contributing to a professional and supportive work environment.
